Introducing your child’s food service provider - Aramark Canada.

Aramark has officially joined the Balmoral Hall community! We are excited to deliver meaningful dining experiences that will enrich the school experience and are looking forward to serving the students, faculty, and staff.

We know that providing food that students want to eat is key to any successful program. Our chefs and dieticians craft recipes and menus with the local, regional, and global flavours that students crave. We provide the nutritious meals students need to learn and grow.

With over 60 years of experience and partnerships with over 275 colleges and universities, and more than 20+ Canadian Independent/Private Schools, Aramark is no stranger fuelling the brilliant minds of the future!

New and Exciting for the 2024/25

Elevated Self-Service Stations

We are excited to introduce our new all-inclusive meal program including new stations like deli and salad bar that will have rotating feature condiments, meats, cheeses and veggies to create your own dishes but also include feature premade items daily. Our entrée station will include different hot items every day on a five-week cycle.

In addition, we will have our dietary stations consisting of no-gluten, vegetarian, and vegan items. At the self-serve areas, we will have icons to indicate dietary restrictions in addition to our food service workers who will be present to help with your children’s dining needs and questions.

To make all this possible we have been working all summer renovating the Dining Hall to allow us to better serve the Balmoral community.

Sustainability and Local Purchasing

Aramark Canada focuses on responsible sourcing, prioritizing local farmers and growers within 400 kilometers of their locations. This commitment not only supports local businesses and services but also maintains farmland, reduces greenhouse gas emissions through minimized shipping, and ensures the provision of fresh, seasonal ingredients. We also emphasize in reducing our carbon footprint through responsible sourcing, minimizing food waste, and increasing climate-healthy plant-forward menu options in partnership with the World Resources Institute’s CoolfoodMeals™ program. Health & Wellness That Matters

We strongly believe in the importance of good food for a healthy lifestyle. Our primary goal is to support the well-being of your child by providing nutritious meals through a dining program that simplifies healthy eating. We offer a variety of wholesome options daily and have established nutrition and wellness initiatives to empower your child in making healthy choices tailored to their individual needs. Our cutting-edge Eat Well program is a cornerstone of our dedication to health and wellness, assessing our recipes based on six attributes derived from current, evidence-based nutrition research.
