CAREER TALK WITH SARAH ZACHARIAS '08
On November 13th, the Grade 8's had the opportunity to listen to a talk by Sarah Zacharias, acting coach of the BH Blazers hockey team.
Sarah shared her experiences in hockey and coaching with us as part of our University Guidance and Career Awareness course. She told us some stories from her past and explained what it was like to be a high-performance athlete. We also heard about what her life is like as a coach, what her visions for the program are, and where she would like to be in the future.
This was a very informative presentation that explained a bit more about what it is like to be an athlete or a coach. Thank you to Ms Zacharias for coming out to speak with us!
